We take a different approach; please take a moment to see how we do it.

 There is no additional charge for re-inspection, 442's, lenders conditions, additional comps, within three months of original inspection!  We feel when the borrower pays once in the beginning, it's hard to collect an additional fee later.

2)

 We are fast for many reasons; we only appraise certain types of properties in specific areas and we only send out the report via e-mail, we call the borrower/seller for the appointment the same day we get the order and often set up the inspection on the same day. We collect for the appraisal before the inspection or during the first inspection. Most appraisals done within 4 days of inspection, not counting weekends

3) Serving Tehama, Glenn, Shasta, Butte, Sutter and Yuba Counties only.
4)

We inspect single family residence for either purchase or refinancing, construction income and bare land. These types of properties are the majority of the loans the lenders are doing. We don't expect to be your only appraiser, although we are fast and friendly!
